Driven by passion
Our founder Kim Hider, brings over 25 years of sales experience across diverse sectors — from advertising sales to creative design agencies space, event project management to looking after brands within the print industry.
What began as a side hustle quickly evolved into a passion project — collaborating with Talent and brands to help them do their thing exceptionally well.
Whilst also working full time within a large format print industry heading up her sales team.
Today Kim leads KH Collective with the same energy that has defined her career — with authenticity, intuition, and a genuine love of connection.
Her extensive network, built over decades, continues to open doors and create lasting partnerships grounded in trust.
Kim’s strength lies not just in closing deals — but in opening relationships that last. Every step, she is focused on staying true to her values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.
